Job Description
Position: Inside Sales & Office Admin 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Inside Sales: support Outside Sales personnel and customers with providing pricing/ shipping costs and quotes for projects/ RFQs/ RFPs and general inquiries
  • Expected to meet with/ correspond with Outside Sales on a daily baisis
  • Office Admin: Assist in the day to day office admin work.
    • Receiving and Processing Orders 
    • Generating pick notes/ job cards for Logistics Coordinator/ Warehouse Staff
    • Generating Invoices
    • Ordering/ maintining Office supplies 
  • Customer support: answer phones and emails were possible and directing customer inquiries to the respective personnel when required.
  • Relay incoming project information to Logistics Coordinator
  • Maintain a clean and tidy office/ workspace
  • Other duties may be required from time to time.
  • Will report to President or CEO
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (37.5 hour per week)
